Original Character Creation

Here you can create an Original Character for use in the Role Play Thread, but only for Halo RP's only.
Two things before creation. 1. Magnum/Plasma Pistol is a ghost weapon, meaning that the OC always has it, even if they have two weapons. 2. The Sprint armour ability isn't needed, and is able to be used at any time.
