I'm not sure if I want the Sempha Fidel to be in the secretive star, or just outside players. They don't seem to take orders from anyone but their leader, and I don't think she'd like Benelith enough to listen to him.

What's Benelith's view on maintaining the balance of Good and Evil? On maintaining the balance of Society? I know he wants a Kira kind of peace; the "I'm going to force people to get along by putting a gun to everyone's head" method, but what about the balance?

Benelith thinks that Evil is necessary for the world to exist, as people understand sometimes only cruelty and violence are what people understand.

So yes, of course he cares about Balance between good and evil... simply enough though, as he does not like much overly pacific people, he dislikes also fully evil beings. What he dislikes are the insane melamaniacal who'd upset this balance. After all, of course he likes order. ANd what better order that a dictatorship, in his view?
