The Mad King of Hyrule

The lone man entered the forest, not long after he spotted another, she too looked familiar, all before he realised he had seen her face on another bounty, they wanted her alive.

He grinned, deciding to draw her out to the opened he whistled to her.

Nuala stopped in her tracks when she heard the whistle. She looked over her shoulder for the source.

The lone man was leaning against the tree, when he had Nuala's attention, he pushed himself from it "Nuala Lorbane..." he said in a firm, yet rough voice.

"Need something?" Nuala asked, her tone almost bored.

"Yes. I do..." he turned his back on her and went to leave the forest.

"What are you doing?" She said impatiently. "I'm not following you if thats what you want."

"Oh, I think your curiousity will get the better of you." he said, still walking out into the open.

Nuala shook her head a little and followed the man anyway. She drew her knife and held it at her side as she walked, not bothered about whether he noticed or not.

When he was out in the open plains of Hyrule Field, he turned to face her.

"So, is there a good reason why you know my name?" She said.

"I believe, there is a bounty on your head, for capture. Alive, preferably." the man said. "I have come to collect."

Nuala folded her arms and raised an eyebrow. "Really, who are you?"

Hoping his name would be well know, he decided to give it "Sergius Macer." he lowered his hood to reveal his face.

"Hm... That's interesting..." Nuala said to herself. "You're Novafaitan, aren't you?"

He raised an eyebrow at her question "Yes. Why do you ask?"

"Your name," she said. "It's sounds familiar is all."

"So that must make you Novafaitan too." he said, boredly. "Whatever, I don't care."

He cracked his neck. "Now, we can do this in two ways. One, you come quietly. Two, you use that knife you are holding and trying to conceal, attack me and fail and I drag you away by the heels. Your choice."

Nuala scoffed and shook her head at his arrogance. "Confident, aren't you?"

"Of course. Well? What will it be." he asked, hoping she would take option number 2. Lately, all of his bountys had surrendered on the spot, he was aching for a fight.

"Niether," Nuala said. "Because both of those options require me to lose, which is something I tend to do little of."

"Well then." Sergius said. "Option two it is." he began to advance upon her, without drawing his weapon.

Unfazed by Sergius, Nuala just stood her ground and watched him as he approached her.

As he got closer he went to draw his blade, but it was a feign, he was forming a dagger of darkness behind his back.

Keeping an eye on the hand reaching for his blade, Nuala continued to watch him, wanting him to make the first move.

The hand wrapped around the hilt of his sword, while the dagger had formed, he slowly began to draw his sword out.
