"This?" he held up his wrist with his banishment tattoo "Is a reminder, of what I need to do."

"And what's that?" Nuala said.

"Kill Tage, and every single Nova that was involved in destroying my village." Sergius said, his voice had become darker and his fists were clenched tightly.

"Where we just came from, that was your old village wasn't it?" Nuala said, remembering the rundown, abandoned buildings and desolate main street.

"Yes." Sergius said. "It was truly peaceful, but that all changed one night when the Nova's attacked."

Flashes of the night came to his mind.

"What started it? Although Tage doesn't really need a reason does he..." Nuala said, sounding a little sympathetic.

"He was after my father." Sergius went on to explain, he stopped and they were standing on the Bridge of Eldin "My father was a Novafaitan, while my mother a Sheikah. Both tribes didn't agree with the two, but when the Sheikah saw me after I was born, they took us in and hid us from the world." he paused "I grew up with my parents until I was 8, when one day, this Sheikah male, who was in love with my mother, take matters into his own hands and went to Tage, believing he would only kill my father, how wrong he was. He was then killed in the spot and Tage set out to kill my father, he succeeded, along with my mother, all while I was watching. Somehow I escaped and have been going at my own pace since."

Sergius didn't know why he explained his life history to Nuala, he felt he could trust her for some reason "The reason the Sheikah kept me around was because of this." he lifted up his eye patch, revealing his purple eye. "It is an Eye of Truth, with it, I can see through the darkest of dungeons like it were the middle of the day. It can also see through materials, illusions and such." he paused "But only as I see fit."

Nuala listened intently and raised an eyebrow when he explained his eye. "I knew there was something more to your eye," she commented. "But I'm sorry about what Tage did, really I am. And I don't say that a lot..."

Out in the distance, Ryan came running over.

((Did he get revived with the Dragon Balls or something, because last time we saw Ryan he was being burned on a funeral pyre.))

Nuala looked over and saw Ryan. "Hm, speak of the devil..." she muttered.

Without a single word Ryan threw a hellfire ball at Nuala, "Got something on my chest to get off, this is pretty much the best way for me to tell you about you and I." He said as he attacked.

Nuala ducked under the Hellfire ball, slightly alarmed by Ryan's sudden attack. "Or we could just talk about it like adults instead of killing each other..." she said, facing him.

Sergius went to speak, but shut his mouth and let them talk.

Ryan laughed, "Think of this as a spar, I like to fight while talking if you'd mind." Ryan grinned as he swung his leg at her legs.

"How..." he paused "...Mature." he said, letting his words hang in the air.

Nuala rolled her eyes and sighed.

Typical...

She stepped back and went to stab his leg with her knife as he attacked. "Get to the point, Ryan."

Ryan blocked with Samehada and sighed, "What ever there was between us, I'm saying that we should stay as friends and enemies depending on what I do." he explained.

"I screwed up for not taking responsibilty for Konbei, I'm ending anything there was before something happens." Ryan huffed as he leapt back.

Ryan frowned, "I walk a dangerous path and Konbei would just get cought up in it."

Sergius was confused, was this guy so fucked in the head that he needed to fight to talk about his son?

Sergius didn't know whether to let it go or break it off, so he waited to see what Nuala would do.

"Before something happens?" Nuala shook her head. "That just goes to show how little you know about Konbei, but that's no surprise is it? Either way, Ryan, this is your loss. I'm done caring what you do or don't do," she said.

"I'll let Konbei decide what he wants to do, but don't you dare bring him into anything you might have against me."

Ryan glanced at Sergius and glared, "You got something to say, what's with that look?"

"You never seen a look of confusion before?" Sergius asked "I mean, is it that hard to talk without throwing a fist?" he looked at Nuala "A lot of things just made sense to me now."

"Don't start, Ryan," Nuala sighed. "He doesn't need to be brought into this."
