*yawns and lays back* Mm.. It's a tilde, Shadow, and it sort of adds an air of.. 'Wistfullness', maybe? To what you were saying. Or a sing-song tone. Sawyer; A friend made it for me a while back. The character is the Cheshire Cat from the anime Pandora Hearts.
