The Mad King of Hyrule (Part 2)

Sergius caught the blow, as if predicting that was where it would land "Really. You're as loud as a horse galloping on a stone road."

Ryan jabbed his other hand swiftly at Sergius's wrist of the hand holding his left arm.

Sergius' gauntlet took most of the blow, but he hand was knocked away, using the momentary distraction, he threw a heavy punch at Ryan's head.

Ryan bent back under the punch and twist his body around, using his momentum he sent both of his fists at Serius's side.

Sergius turned on his side, and using Ryans own momentum, sent his elbow speeding to hit between the eyes.

Ryan bent back again and back flipped away, getting back into stance Ryan stared down at Sergius. "I gotta say dude, This is the first time using only raw fighting skills." he admitted with a wry smile.

Golith turned around to see the human girl from earlier.

"Oh, hello goro!" he smiled.

Carol greeted him with a friendly smile. "hello! I do believe we met briefly yesterday, myself and my comrads that is" she motioned behind her to where she left the others at the gate. Now she looked around. "wasn't there a boy with you before?"

"Pathetic." Sergius growled "You call yourself a warrior? Truly pathetic." he ran at Ryan.

The goron raised a giant hand and scratched the back of his neck. "He stayed behind to warn the cheif, goro. Not sure how much he'll listen though." he sighed.

Ryan prepared himself, "Is that all you can do, call me names and insult me?" he mocked.

Deserax soon came down the mountain and saw the goron. He rubbed the back of his head, knowing he didn't stay like he was supposed to.

"What, i got really bored."

"hello again!" Carol waved.

Deserax saw the girl wave. (This is Oot, i think, so I'm going to take it like they do not know each other that well.)

"Oh, hey...." Deserax stopped for a moment and tried to think of where he saw her. "Didn't i see you back in the forest before we left?"

"mhm! nice to see you again... um, m-my name's Carol" She said with a little bow.

Deserax didn't know what to think of the bow. He wasn't used to getting bowed to.

"Uh- you don't need to bow. I'm Deserax." Deserax extended his arm for a handshake.

(a little bow! a little one D: -cries in a corner- )

"sorry! th-that was weird, huh? i'm sorry i wont do it again, really i don't even know what i was thinking how silly of me! haha! ha, ha~" she said, obviously frazzled.

Deserax laughed slightly.

"I'm guessing you have a lot happening at once?"

As he ran, he threw a ball of black energy at Ryan, however it fell at his feet and a deep black mist exploded from it.

Ryan closed his eyes to keep the smoke out of his eyes, with fliud movement he moved forward and jabbed his hand towards where he heard some movement.

"We've got a job to do, goro!" Golith proclaimed, but suddenly realized he might have caused the guards to take notice of them.

"Off to play for the king, brother!" the goron quickly added with a nervous chuckle.

The sound of footsteps dodging could be heard, then silence. Sergius' voice could be heard all around Ryan. "Where can your assailant be?" some low laughter could be heard after that.

Ryan kept his mouth shut and jump kick to some shuffling he heard.

The kick hit nothing but cold stone, Sergius had formed a sword of darkness, he then sent a heavy, but quiet stab at Ryan, aiming between his shoulder blades.

Ryan smelled something awful and swung Samehada from his back, "The Darkness befouls the air." he said with eyes open.
