The Mad King of Hyrule (Part 2)

Nuala stopped and looked over her shoulder when she heard the explosion. "What a coward..." she said to herself.

Sergius turned and looked back, a look fiercer than rage was on his face, he turned and walked back to the bridge.

Nuala turned back and followed Sergius, furious that Ryan would pull a low move like that.

On the other side of the Bridge and beyond the smoke, Ryan was conversing with Beguri while Emiza and Hakudo were waiting by the columns. They were around but didn't show themselves while Ryan took care of his buisness, Hakudo gave his best equivelent of a glare......which wasn't much. "Seriously Brother, you took this new King too far." he smoke with little emotion.

Beguri scoffed at Hakudo, "Whatever brat, I still get payed here."

"Seems that fellow is walking this way." Emiza said glancing out to see some of Sergius threw the smoke

Ryan looked over, "Like I give a fuck, that night with Nuala was definitly a mistake, she was still too soft on Konbei."

Hakudo shook his head, "Konbei isn't a gurin and plus those old ways are not done any longer, the rite is now done much differently."

"Taigo!" Sergius yelled across the broken bridge. "Get your pathetic excuse for a self over here now!" he pointed to the ground by his feet

Ryan flipped him off, "Why don't you come over here, this is to start a war with the new King." he yelled over.

Hakudo shook his head, "Brother, must you act so childish?" he intoned to Ryan, "Must you speak with little to no emotion?" Ryan retorted back at Hakudo.

"For obvious reasons, I can't!" he yelled and pointed out "Prove how much of a real man you are and get over here!"

Nuala sat on a broken chunk of stone with one leg crossed over the other and her arms folded, watching the scene before her.

"How about the next bridge, see if you can get there in time before 'we'." He gestured to only Beguri, "set the bombs up and blow it to high hell." Ryan yelled back once again.

"You fucking coward Taigo!" Sergius yelled "Backing away from a fight you have no honour, you and that pathetic excuse for a sword!" he turned and walked away, making his way to the Birdge of Hylia.

"honor doesn't suit me really, it'll be like a race anyways." Ryan said right back before he nodded to Emiza, Hakudo and Beguri, each went running off in a burst of speed.

Sergius would have to cut through Castle Town to make it there, if he was quick enough he could cut them off at the pass.

"Brother, have you putting into thought that that man will just cut through Hyrule town?" Hakudo asked Ryan as the group ran through the fields.

Ryan glanced over, "Yeah, he might get stopped but might not, as long as we make it to Hyrule lake we'll be fine." he said in an even tone and continued running.

"Are you implying of an elemental battle?" Emiza asked, "If so then it won't suit me well, My element is Lava while you have water and Hakudo has Ice."

Beguri grunted in annoyance, "I'm pretty sure Ryan will fight alone, that's the only honor he has."

"Unless if it's a horde of monsters." Ryan added

Hakudo sighed inwardly, his oldest brother was stupid when it came to times like these. Making unnessesary enemies, "Brother, What of Nuala's element, there is a possibilty of her and other appearing there after the previus stunt." he asked in an even tone.

Ryan shrugged, "Darkness with Lightning perhaps." he answered as they continued running at a fast pace.

Sergius had made it to Castle Town, some guards at the gate tried to stop him but he barged right through them. He entered the square of the town, and got a few weird stares, he then exited through the opposite entrance, pushing past Gwene and Konbei as he went.

"What the hell?!" Konbei said offensively when Sergius pushed past him.

Sergius ignored Konbei and kept up his pace, needing to get to the bridge before Ryan and his 'gang'

"Got the short fuse bombs ready?" Ryan asked Beguri as they continued running.

Beguri grinned, "Yep, ready for some boom!" he laughed.

Sergius skidded to a halt at the connecting pass, if he was right, they would have to come this way if they wanted to get to the bridge.

Konbei turned to see Nuala coming up behind him. "Mum, what's going on?"

"Your father..." she said. "You might want to come with me."

Konbei frowned and shrugged at Gwene as he followed Nuala in the direction Sergius had gone.

"Uh, Carol. We'll be back soon." Gwene said, leaving to follow Konbei.

"Up here dude." Ryan yelled down from a cliff as the group took the rocky terrain and one after another leapt to the way to the hylian bridge, "Meet you there." he laughed throwing hellfire smoke bombs behind as they headed off, "The place is too narrow."

Deciding they weren't coming this way, thinking they might have run past, Sergius sprinted to the Bridge of Hylia.

Climbing up the rope from attaching powder kegs to the bottom, Ryan climbed over to assist Beguri with the rest of the bombs for the larger bridge. "Any sign of him?" Ryan asked out to Emiza and Hakudo.

Both shook their heads, they were on a tight clock and anything could go wrong.

(Just be careful, Groc, it's Karl's RP remember... he might not want the bridges destroyed.)
