The Mad King of Hyrule (Part 2)

Sergius skidded to a halt on the bridge. "Taigo! I know you're here! Get your worthless face out where I can see it!"

"Right here dude." Ryan said behind him.

Sergius turned and faced him, he walked heavily up to Ryan "I warned you not to do it!" he threw a heavy fist at Ryan's face.

Nuala caught up to Sergius but kept her distance.

"Woah, what the fuck do you think you're doing?!" Konbei said and went to intervene but Nuala grabbed his arm and stopped him.

Ryan moved his head with the punch to soften to hit, "You care more about landmarks than the suffering races of Hyrule." he quistioned with a hardened gaze back.

"On the contrary, I care for Hyrule as a country, and everything in it." Sergius said, throwing another heavy punch at Ryan's gut. "Except for you."

Ryan caught the fist this time and sent his own fist at Sergius's gut, "That still doesn't answer the quistion."

"Once again, your thick skull is it work." Sergius caught his punch with her spare hand and forced Ryan into a test of strength "If you had listened, instead of being defeaned by your over inflated ego, you would have heard me answer your question."

"I heard you, the whole country and all that, It's just stone bridges." Ryan replied as he pushed

Konbei looked between Ryan and Sergius, trying to work out what was happening and why this stranger was attacking his father.

"Dad?! What are you doing?" He said, getting frustrated.

Ryan took a quick glance, "Stay out of the fight Konbei." he said before shoving Sergius way. "Bridges can be made again."

A man in a black skintight suit scanned Faron Woods with a monoscope. A group of Hylian soldiers were with him at a camp just outside the woods.

"Damn monsters...sneaky bastards..." the man in black muttered.

"You found anything yet, merc?" the captain of the soldiers asked him.

"...Huh...? Oh...no, no. Those freaks want us to come in there, and when we do...they ambush us. Trust me, cap...I hunt Wendalfos for a livin', Wayans too..." the man in black said, still concentrated on searching the Woods. The soldiers went back to eating their stew, sitting near the campfire.

"But what about the history?" Sergius seethed "Can it be rebuilt also?" he changed his tactic and used Ryan's own momentum to send a knee to his gut.

Ryan kicked at the knee, "Bridges do not tell history." he shot back

"We should go in there and burn the damn forest down." one soldier suggested as he gulped down some stew. "That'll get rid of those roaches..."

The mercenary slowly turned his head around, shooting the soldier a look. "Mate...are you retarded?" he asked almost seriously before mumbling something while shaking his head, and returning to his monoscope.

The soldier looked at the other's who also shook their heads and continued to eat. There was a long silence after that...

"Says the simple minded fool." Sergius replied. He held his stance, and dug his feet in the ground to stop from Ryan forcing him back.

"seriously, that's your defense for the bridge other than fighting?" Ryan said as he stomped his foot at Sergius's knee.

Sergius caught Ryan's foot at the low altitude it was, he lifted it up and went to twist it, which would force him to lose balance and fall on to the ground.

Ryan spun with his foot in the air and had Blue hellfire erupt out of it, "The bridge can be rebuilt." he refutted.

Sergius was knocked back, but kept his footing, he was trying to avoid using his Waio, to prove how much of a warrior Ryan wasn't.

Ryan got into a stance, "Deku Baba style, bring it Sergius." he gave a come get some motion.

Sergius regained himself, he looked at Ryan with a cold stare. His sword was tempting at this point, but he left it be, he ripped off his cloak and tossed it so it hung on the bridge. He cracked his neck a couple of times and waited to see how much patience Ryan had.

He shut his eyes and listened.

"You count'n on waiting for me to attack?" Ryan asked bemused, "You go first dude, don't go thinking I haven't seen that stance before."

With a shrug, "Meh, I'll go first I guess though, let's see if your hearing is good grasshopper" Ryan said before sprinting with his body low to the ground and struck his left hand in a jab at Sergius's stomach.
