| Down below Ryan emerged from under the lake and breathed a sigh of releif. "A real warrior should know when to retreat." he muttered to himself and swam off.

Emiza shrugged while Hakudo just gave Sergius an empty look, Beguri rose an eyebrow at Sergius.

| Emiza unsheathed his Katana Gohki while Hakudo sighed as he took out his sickle'n'chain Hoki, "This fight does not intrest me, but if Emiza is intent on fight then so be it." Hakudo said in an even tone. | |

| Threads of darkness solidified into a black sword in Nuala's hand and she stepped forward. She kept an eye on Hakudo in case he suddenly entered the fight, and also kept Emiza in her sights, ready to help Sergius. | |

| A lone figure stood in the empty fields among the dead bodies of soldiers. They were men who got in his way, obstacles to his goal. He took in a deep breath from beneath the azure mask he wore to conceal his identity. The black and purple tasset he wore was ripped and torn, slightly rippling in the quiet breeze like a banner that just got out from long and violent war. The figure's grayish tan skin was riddled with scars of battle, given by the "obstacles" in his path. Blood trickled down from his new mark, one on his chest.
The figure ignored this wound, and then looked down at the twisted monstrosity that was his right arm; a large, jagged demonic claw with three sharp fingers. It was a sign of something taking over, and yet, it also meant power to him. The sword in his other hand meant power to him. The sword was just as awful. It was a massive one edged blade with an irregular shape and deformed flesh keeping it all together. A single yellow eye blinked and looked up at its wielder with its blank stare. It was the stare that stated dominion, and it said "I the sword, own you the wielder."
The figure clenched his claw and looked to his giant sword, returning the stare through his mask. He looked away towards the carnage he created. He felt no pity or pride for what he did, but if killing meant seeking a purpose...he would do it. The figure rested the vile blade on his shoulder and began to walk towards Lanayru Bridge. He would have to make his way across and then find someone important on the other side...

| The figure had his eyes set down, but kept his head at an angle so that he could see the way forward. You never know where another obstacle is waiting for you. The Bridge of Hylia was now in sight over the hills. The figure lifted his head up and picked up the pace, for Castle Town couldn't be far now. It felt like this was the final chapter for him, and that a grand decision was about to take place once he reached his destination... | |

| Eiria ducked under low branches and and slipped between the trees as she sprinted through a patch of forestland outside the walls of Castle Town. All of a sudden she came to a halt. She spun around and looked behind her; glinting in the sunlight was her engagement ring. She was racked with uncertainty and torment flickered in her eyes. Her body swayed with indecision.
Eiria made a snap decision and turned back but was met by the distant murmur of voices. Painfully she abandoned her idea to go back and ran further into the trees.
