The Legend of Zelda: The Sacred Dragons

Seth rolled out of the way and swung his scimitar at Konbei's head. Just because he was vulnerable didn't mean he wasn't going to fight back.

Konbei cursed loudly and cast a sudden burst of white hellfire at the incoming scitimar out of frustration. In his mind he was quickly and severely losing, even if that wasn't necessarily the case.

Seth roared in pain as his hand and scimitar fragments scattered everywhere due to the blast's force. He stood there, stunned and holding his stub of a hand.

Realising his hellfire had had some effect, Konbei charged another burst and released it at Seth.

Seth was blown onto his back. Some of his chest fragments fell off.

Any self doubt Konbei had was all but gone now and he rushed at Seth and went to stab one of his blades through his chest.

Suddenly, Seth's hieroglyphics lit up again. He rolled out of the way and went for a takedown with his legs.

Konbei was tripped up and landed hard on his back. He scrambled up and launched himself at Seth, aiming to pin the demon down.

Seth let out a growling chuckle as he aimed to kick Konbei in the gut.

Konbei took the kick and was winded, but he didn't it faze him as he sent a punch towards Seth's head.

Seth took the punch without effect.

"Konbei, no!" Steven shouted over to Konbei. He tried to conjure another Light Arrow, but failed in doing so.

Seth attempted to shove Konbei off.

A bottle of restorative potion rolled to Steven's feet, it had come from a heavily injured Gwene, who had lost her battle with her adversary.

With a final slash, the Stalfos fell into a heap of bones, which then evaporated in black smoke, the iron bars blocking the doors lifted and Link now had access to the treasure chest, he opened it to find a Slingshot and a seed satchel.

He placed them in his adventure pouch and continued through the door, leadin further into the temple.

Konbei splayed his hand at close range to Seth's face and released another burst of hellfire as he was thrown off.

Meanwhile, the Death Sword and it's demonic weilder continued to circle Gwene.

Steven looked down at the potion which had bumped into his foot. He quickly picked it up and looked up at Gwene, and then at Konbei. With Angel Bow still in hand, he rushed over to Gwene.

He came to a stop after seeing the demonic sword circling her. If he tried to administer the potion while that thing was still there, he would end up in her condition or worse.

Seth got back up and formed another scimitar, removing more fragment that supported his body. He slightly stumbled towards Konbei. The demon was slowly being defeated by his loss of fragments.

Konbei moved forward and sent another punch at Seth's head. His kunckles were raw and bleeding from hitting the hard fragments that made up Seth's body but he didn't care. Pain was something he had learnt to ignore.

The demon controlling the Death Sword saw Steven and let out a sreeching roar. The massive weapon was raised in the air and then slammed down towards him.

Seth took the blow before swinging his scimitar.

Steven gasped and ran out of the way. He looked up at the horror before him and let his Angel Bow disappear before drawing his silver sword. He didn't know how to confront the beast without getting completely mutilated.

Konbei took his blade and used it to block the scimitar. He drew back and slashed at Seth.

The Death Sword came down on Steven's original position and stuck in the ground, giving him a few seconds to issue an attack on the demon.

Steven glanced at the sword and rushed forward with strikes from his holy weapon.

Seth blocked this and sent a punch to Konbei's face.

The demon roared in pain as Steven attacked it. It suddenly yanked it's giant weapon from the ground and floated into the air. A throaty growl could be heard as it circled him, dragging the Death Sword behind it.

Konbei took the punch right in the eye and stumbled back a few steps.

Steven eyed the horrifying demon with courage as it circled him. Never in his life had he seen such terror.

Seth took a step forward and swung his scimitar once more.

Gwene had managed to get to her feet, blood dripping all down her dislocated left arm, some of her clothing had been shreaded in the fight, and a big cut across her chest, it was a miracle she were alive.

The demon stared at Steven with hollow eye sockets as it continued to circle him as though it was waiting for him to attack...

Konbei slammed his blade against Seth's scimitar and parried it away before attempting to bash the hilt into his opponent's head.

Link had made his way to a door, but it was sealed with Iron Bars, he spotted a crystal switch above the door, he pulled his slingshot out and fired a deku seed at it, it activated and the iron bars lifted, giving Link an opportunity to advance further.

He walked in to a large circular room, he looked up and couldn't see the ceiling as it was lost in shadows, as soon as he was in the new room, the door sealed shut, Link was trapped. He spotted a door on the opposite side of the room and began to make his way to it.

-Auster Dragon Shrine-

Through a crack in the ceiling, a stream of sand swirled down into a pile on the floor and from it stood the figure of a woman.

Orla stared at Link with cold eyes as Nafre curled up her arm and hissed at him. "Hm, well it doesn't surprise me to find you here, Link, but I still can't help but wonder why you are..." she said and then paused. "I suppose you're looking for your princess, aren't you?"

Link drew out his sword and shield, all while giving this newcomer a piercing stare, could this be the person who had kidnapped Zelda?
