The Mad King of Hyrule (Part 2)

Nuala concentrated her energy and forced it back against Ryan's attack.

In a blitz of speed and thinking, Ryan ran foward while Swinging Samehada at the boosted attack with Samehada covered in black Hellfire. The end result was mist-like-fog expanding around the bridge, with the initial position in mind, Ryan leapt onto the air and Swung Samehada down at Nuala's shoulder.

"Right shoulder." Sergis said to Nuala, meaning that was where Ryan's strike would fall.

Ryan's blade sailed close to Nuala's neck but she managed to block thanks to Sergius' warning. "Are you really trying to kill me, Ryan..." she seethed before pushing Samehada away.

"No, this is first blood, not kill." Ryan said as he swung his leg around at her arm. "If you don't to fight then say so." he yelled as he kicked.

"You attacked me," she said. "If I backed out I wouldn't be any better than you."

Nuala took her knife and attempted to stop Ryan's kick with it.

Ryan whacked the back of his fist away at her knife and tossed Samehada into the air, with his other fist he punch towards her stomach.

"I like to leave with a big bang or impression, this bridge will make a double perpose if you catch my drift." Ryan said as he threw another hellfire bomb ,from his hand that whacked away the knife, at the bridge

(What's he talking about??)

Nuala quickly stepped to the side and sent her own punch at Ryan's face.

Ryan quickly Caught Samehada and swung at her punch, "If you don't know what I mean, earlier I tried to kill the king stealthily but ended up getting caught, the only option left is a war." he said as he swung Samehada

"hopefully it'd be small with the bridges gone and only few passes to use." He said as he threw a black Hellfire bomb as a follow up under Nuala's feet

Nuala shielded her face but was blown back a bit by the blast.

"Don't destroy the bridge..." she sighed.

Ryan had Samehada over on his shoulder looking at Nuala with Raised eyebrow, "You have any better idea of stratigy, all I'm thinking of is pushing at a choke point and kill the king."

(BTW, I posted a note in the chat for the forum, can you take a look and give me your seal of approval - or disapproval if you have questions or whatever. I just want to know everyone here has read it is all, thanks)

"...Since when has this got anything to do with the King?" she said. "And what makes you think I'd help you right now?!"

Ryan rolled his eyes, "He discriminates non-Hylians, Faitas are not Hylians, even Humans with the round ears might suffer his regime." he explained.

"Don't you think I know that..." Nuala said. "But you can't come here, tell me you want to 'end it' and then expect me to side with you! It doesn't work like that, Ryan!"

Ryan laughed, "Sheesh, you are far from the point." he shook his head, "I'm not asking you to side with me, I'm already amassing my old friends from the old days as well as support from many others." He glanced at the castle out in the distance and back at Nuala.

"What ever happens in the end, this country will see a war if not from me but some other rebelion."

Nuala rolled her eyes. "So why are you telling me this?" she snapped.

"Had to say it to explain why I wanted to destroy this bridge." Ryan answered with an exsperated sigh.

"Whatever, I'm over this..." Nuala said as she marched past Ryan. "C'mon, Sergius."

Sergius ignored her and was starring daggers at Ryan, he had tried to defile one of Hyrule's greatest icons, and the fact people from his village had built the Bridge of Eldin, added to his fueled rage.

Nuala stopped and looked back when she noticed Sergius wasn't following her. "Hey, what are you waiting for?" She said and saw he was glaring at Ryan. "Seriously, Sergius, don't waste your time with him..."

"You dare destroy this bridge." Sergius asked Ryan, but in a dark tone. "You would dare destroy an icon of Hyrule, just for fun? You disgust me." he spat off the side "I was going to be professional and take you in for the bounty, but now you just made it personal."

Nuala watched Sergius carefully and decided to stay back and not interfere. She didn't know a great deal about him but she could tell this was something he took very seriously.

Ryan huffed, "Listen here now, I never said it was for fun. Back off cause you don't want to mess with me right now." He glared back and stepped up to him.

Sergius didn't let up, he just continued to stare back, waiting for his time to strike.

"The bridge already took some beating, you think it can more?" Ryan asked with a frown, the sides of the bridge was crumbling from the attacks from earlier.
